I have bought a TV from amazon in last week of aug and after 15 days tv remote stopped working on oct 2, 2024. Since than i am requesting TV brand VW for service. But they are not responding. I am not sure to whom i can request now.

I am in train 14010 in coach B1 seat no 43 and 44. Here railwaynis jot providing the bed roll. As per coach attendent and TTE, railway is not giving blanket and bed roll in AC coach. Can railway clarify this. @PMOIndia @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia
