I would like to clarify that I did not make any false or unnecessary complaint against your showroom.

Yesterday, I received a call from your showroom asking why I had made a complaint. I was surprised by this because my intention was not to create any unnecessary issue; I simply raised a genuine concern regarding my purchase experience.

At the time of purchasing the bike, your sales representative insisted that I had to purchase the insurance from the showroom, even though I informed them that I could get the same insurance coverage online at a much lower price. Despite this, I was not given a proper choice and was pressured to purchase the insurance through the showroom.

Furthermore, I was not provided with a helmet at the time of delivery. Since I could not legally and safely take the bike without a helmet, I had to leave after making the required payment/down payment without taking the vehicle.

I am raising these concerns because I believe a customer should be given proper information, transparency, and a genuine choice while purchasing a vehicle. I request Hero MotoCorp to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action so that other customers do not face a similar experience.

I hope the company will treat this complaint seriously and provide me with a proper response and resolution.@HeroMotoCorp

I had a very disappointing experience at an authorized Hero dealership.

I visited the showroom to purchase a new Hero motorcycle. I informed the sales executive that I wanted to buy my insurance online because I was getting the same coverage at a much lower price. However, I was told that I had to purchase the insurance from the dealership, and I was pressured into doing so. This kind of forced selling is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, after completing the down payment, I found out that they do not provide even a basic helmet with the motorcycle. I refused to take delivery because riding a new bike home without a helmet is unsafe and irresponsible.

As a customer, I expected transparency, freedom of choice, and basic concern for road safety from an authorized Hero dealership. Instead, I felt misled and forced into unnecessary expenses.

I request @HeroMotoCorp to investigate this matter and ensure that its authorized dealers do not force customers to buy insurance from them or engage in unfair sales practices. Customers should have the freedom to choose their insurance provider, and safety should always come first.
