The Instagram crackdown is not going to work!

The government is taking down thousands of posts and accounts every day, but it seems to be missing a fundamental point.

Instagram is just a platform where people are raising their questions. The reasons behind those questions exist far beyond social media, and taking down accounts won't make them disappear.

If anything, this censorship risks creating even more distrust among the very people the government is supposed to answer to.

Dude, I stand by what I said. When this issue came up two weeks ago, KPCC didn’t mention any names. Now, in its statement responding to the legal notice, I see that my name has been mentioned.

It has always been a team effort, never the work of one individual. That collective effort is what has helped make @INCKerala the No. 1 political handle in India when it comes to content.

📺 “We reported events one-sidedly for years”: Serbian TV apologizes to viewers after Vučić's party loses the election

Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV) opened its news broadcast with footage of celebrations following the Student List's election victory — scenes it had failed to show the previous evening.

“For years, we failed to fulfill our duty. We kept silent, turned a blind eye, reported events one-sidedly, and failed to ask the necessary questions. For that, we owe our viewers an apology,” news anchor Goran Eror said.

Following the controversy, RTV's acting editor-in-chief Nenad Čačić resigned.

A similar incident occurred in Hungary, where state television also apologized to viewers after Viktor Orbán's election defeat.
