Recently bought a bajaj cooler from Amazon with 10 days replacement policy and received a defective product. Raised an issue with Bajaj and they canceled the issue ticket. Called Amazon for replacement and they denied any help.
@flipkartsupport Before this tweet I have tried to sent a dm 3 days ago and no one replied there. Your customer support team have no managers and they have only one solution to offer and that is just wait for 24 to 48 hrs and your issue will be solved. What do you expect me to do here.

Your services Are absolutely pathetic. If you really need a month's time to cancel a part of order then we are done. You customer support is running without supervisor or manager. I really have no words to describe your inefficiency.
