Siddhartha Bhaiya was the North Star of Indian Equity Market. He was one of the greatest Fund Managers. He was the first one to call out the valuation Bubble. Perhaps the first one to stop taking new clients and new money as he wasnt able to find the right opportunities at the right price

His company Aequitas Investments has a phenomenal record in providing returns to their clients. They only have ~150 clients and their current AUM is 3500 crores. They didnt launch multiple schemes to eyewash the subscribers.

They have just one scheme called Aequitas India Opportunties Fund which is benchmarked against Nifty 50. The fund has given 40% returns in 1 year, 28% in 2 years, 42% over 5 years and a staggering 33% since Inception.

He was rarely on TV channels promoting his fundhouse. He had nothing to promote when he had stopped talking new clients. Whenever he came on Air, he shared Wisdom. A man of Morals, Man of Integrity and the Man who called spade a spade. Indian Investors miss Siddhartha Bhaiya. We all miss him.

Annamalai Quits BJP, Singham Goes Solo.

Ex-TN BJP chief K. Annamalai has officially submitted his resignation to national president Nitin Nabin in Delhi today. The ex-IPS officer who built the party in tough Dravidian turf with his fiery style and yatras sees no future or space left after BJP's poor 2026 show, just one seat.

He turned down Rajya Sabha offer, met top leaders including possibly Amit Shah. No more alliance compromises or sidelining. He's launching a people's movement first (Rajini-style name hinted), then full party in 6-8 months.

Pushed out as president for AIADMK tie-up, unhappy with tickets and strategy. Gave prime years post IPS for Modi wave but watched ground work diluted. Now targeting youth, urban voters with Tamil pride + nationalism mix.

Politics is brutal, Annamalai poured energy into BJP South, built visibility like crazy. When Delhi chose comfort alliances over his Singham connect, he walked with dignity.

See smugglers are making near 15 pct on 1.5 cr per kg. That is near 22 L per kg. They are happy to split their heist.

This duty hike has just sent legal transactions to cash. The import bill may look better but it has not stopped the flow.

Starting tomorrow, Supreme court of India is on a six-week summer vacation and will be operating at just 19% of its capacity. There are 53 million cases pending in Indian courts - 93,143 of them are pending in the Supreme Court.

A judge can go on a vacation, a judiciary cannot.

I was not aware that such law also exists in India

If Hindu A gifts his land to Hindu B then Hindu B needs to register it and to pay stamp duty to govt (Section 123, TP Act)

But if Muslim A gifts his land to Muslim B then Muslim B doesn’t need to register it or pay stamp duty to the govt (Section 129, TP Act based on Sharia law Hiba)

When a petitioner approached the Supreme Court for this then the court asked him to approach the Central govt to amend this

This law was made by Britishers in 1882 to divide India and after 1947 Congress continued it

My question to all political parties

Why don’t you just declare India a Sharia country?
