This is the 4th working day post my tweet and I was committed this will be taken care.
Still same old story. Pickup gets scheduled and cancelled on its own.
The return process, which is usually smooth, has completely failed here. I expect immediate escalation, a confirmed pickup date, and strict action against the logistics team for such irresponsible behavior.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. I need resolution on priority.
I have no clarity on what to do next. The damaged product is still blocking space in my home, and with the Ganesh festival going on, this is causing even more discomfort and inconvenience.
Honestly, I am extremely disappointed with this entire process.
Application states “Return pickup was denied by customer,” which is absolutely false and misleading.
After repeated complaints, I was again told to reinitiate the return on 28th August 2025, because the earlier one was “cancelled by the carrier.” This is highly unprofessional.
Since then, despite continuous follow-ups, the product is still lying at my home. Today is 1st Sep 25 – it has been nearly 2 weeks!
There has been zero contact from the carrier. To make things worse, the return request gets automatically cancelled.

I am very upset about the support here.
My jio fiber is down for last 4 days and the ticket is getting rescheduled from jio side and I am getting an email that I have asked for reschedule.
This is very bad experience for the first time.
