@KansasDOL I’d been receiving UI since last March when covid started, now I’ve received a letter that’s says I didn’t make enough to receive UI this year. I thought that the program got extended? Do I keep filing and wait or apply for PUA?

@krislcoll @KansasDOL I was having the same problem as you, I logged in and clicked on settings in the upper right corner and changed my dob from mmddyyyy to mm/dd/yyyy. By adding in the slashes, saving, and relogging in I was able to use the verify button and answer the questions.

@writtenbyscotte @jayrdhawker @KansasDOL The reason you don’t get it Monday when you file on Sunday is due to the fact that they don’t process payments on Sunday nights. If you file on Monday or Tuesday you’d get your payment next day since they process claims overnight. Still don’t see where the 12th comes from.
