We DID have a call with NHTSA last week. It was the team that would deal with 555 exemptions needed for cars that don't follow the usual safety standards.
Will make a long post soon, but some highlights:
- The person I spoke with had never heard of Cybercab
- They were not familiar with FSD
- Tesla has not applied for an exemption. This could mean nothing, or a lot, depending on what the final design of Cybercab is
