You wouldn’t have to lock away the cards either so you can always sell them on after the completion

@NepentheZ Very similar system to what is in FC Mobile now if you want a better look at it. Personally didn’t like it in FC Mobile as cards had very low values and even the top tier promo cards wouldn’t even guarantee enough points to clear a low tier SBC.

@DetectiveFUT This is how SBCs on the mobile app worked and they were terrible as fodder tier cards were worth barely anything so you had to have loads to complete an SBC. Even top tier cards wouldn’t instantly guarantee you enough points to complete an sbc

@NepentheZ This where EA have shot themselves in the foot because in reality there’s probably too much content but not enough meaningful content. This has a negative impact on engagement levels and thus makes the game feel dead. Yet if they reduced content, then the game would also be dead

@NepentheZ Fair point, gameplay isn’t the most engaging nowadays. Having said that, I tend to prefer the parts of series’ that feel like a struggle, even watching the gameplay a bit more.

When I use a sub par team, I find myself not getting as frustrated at the gameplay which is crazy!

@NepentheZ How do you think an RTG would look if you were to disable the use of the SBC tab? Obviously completely negates a key component of the gameplay loop but SBCs nowadays are outrageously op to the point a traditional RTG can be completed in hours.
