You are fully aware that when a page is archived on an engine like Internet archive it saves the date that a copy of the page was saved, NOT the date that the original page was created independent of the backup.

2. The photograph that you chose for your profile picture on the dating profile it's not available anywhere else on the internet and you have given no valid mechanism for how it could have been obtained by trolls.

3. You conveniently failed to mention that the so-called "Satanist" material from Davy Jones was actually from a parody channel on telegram dedicated explicitly to making fun of you. Anyone can go check it out for themselves at https://t.co/2IpUyxJhx3 . The material in question is making fun of you for the aesthetics of your organization and the fact that the name of your organization is quite literally blasphemous. You call your organization "The new way," which is a clear reference to the fact that early Christians referred to themselves as "The way" following the death and Resurrection of Christ. By calling your organization "The new way" you are clearly positioning yourself as a Christ parallel. For this reason Satanist material was used by various critical community members to highlight your blasphemy against Christ.

4. Regardless of what a chatbot told you, even if this material was truly posted by bad actors and you are completely innocent of the sexual degeneracy in question, the law is not on your side here.

Where an image is posted doesn't change its legal classification. Using or sharing it afterward isn't CSAM distribution unless the image itself qualifies.
Federal law

18 U.S.C. § 2256(8) defines child pornography as a visual depiction of a minor engaged in "sexually explicit conduct" (or an identifiable minor in a digitally altered image showing such conduct).

§ 2256(2)(A) defines that conduct. A fully clothed, non-sexual photo doesn't fit unless it amounts to a "lascivious exhibition" of the genitals or pubic area under subsection (v).

§§ 2252 and 2252A criminalize distributing, receiving, and possessing covered material. These offenses require a depiction that meets the § 2256 definition. The posting platform isn't an element that comes under consideration during the process of determining whether or not an image is legally classified as lascivious.

A picture of your fully clothed fat, Mexican ass crammed into a Jeep does not become child porn no matter how much you hem and haw.

5. Probably the most amusing point here. You just simply don't deny that this picture is a picture of you. You're obviously a non-white and anyone can tell that from so much as a single look at you.
