You mean to tell me that @DHLexpress couldn't deliver a package by 1900 next day as quoted that is less than 6 hours from pickup to delivery and not have representatives available to assist as the package that was to be delivered 06/19 is just sitting at a facility in OH?

So, @FedExHelp says despite providing a delivery date, @FedEx ground does not actually abide by that, it can deliver when they choose to deliver it! How sway? Then they me mentioned the holiday as if peak season does not occur every year! Unacceptable delivery & customer service!

@amazon no rush delivery for 7% back garbage! Ordered the 28th, was to arrive the 6th,no pkge! Response, pkge departed Edwrdsville facility late we're getting it bck on track! Bck on track should mean on doorstep this morning. Pkge does not show out for delivery, says shipped!
