DORA metrics are proactive measures that actually can be influenced directly and may provide early warnings about the organization's future performance. 💪

Leading indicators are meant to support the improvement of lagging indicators - linking them is the key here.

@davefarley77 No/Low Code is starting to invite larger parts of the organization to make value contributions by writing code. I think we should not want them to be SEs to not inefficiently allocate their cognitive capacity. But they write "low-quality code". Shouldn't we help them with tools?

Well, there are problems out there everyone acknowledges as such, but for which it is hard to incentivize someone to tackle these. Some outstanding individuals go out of their way to "just do it" and solve them for the community - like @ConnectedPapers 👏. Loving it!! 😊
