In my years of building and brainstorming around problems and solutions for rural Ghana. The biggest hindrance I've come to realize is low literacy.

Most small businesses can't read or write in English, how will they know use digital TOS for their businesses.

Recently we did training for Dressmakers on digital marketing, the biggest issue when we got to where they had to optimize their social media was how to write. Some couldn't even write their business names.

How do we solve this problem 🤔🤔
