My new hobby: bouldering / rock climbing.
Been doing it for almost 1 year.
This is one of the first boulders I’m really proud of!
Coulnd’t imagine me doing this 1 year a go! Great progress so far.
I was with a german Engineer this weekend. We were playing Kegelbahn with this machine and I asked what it would cost to make it today. I will never forget his answer.
“Wir können es nicht, wir wissen nicht mehr, wie wir es tun sollen.“
“We can’t, we don’t know how to do it.”
I found all this in @mvcinvesting as he call it: assimetrical opportunities and can recommend anyone to follow him.
Disclaimer: I’m also subscribed to his substack.

Review of M. V. Cunha Investing @mvcinvesting:
For a long time (years, decades) I have been searching for a investor with a focus on great growth companies, but at the same time with also conservative valuation and not over-extended financials.

Also that don’t fall in love with a stock and could exit a stock when it’s very overvalued, or the growth is not there anymore.
Besides being transparent and detailed about the portfolio and buy/sell signals.

Congratulations to those who read until the end! 😃
If you want me to review any other investor, just drop the name in the comments, and I will take a look at it!
Review of Martin Shkreli:
This is going to be a long and controversial one,
As Martin himself is a controversial "character" also known as "Pharma Boy", his CV contains a conviction for 7 years in prison for conspiracy and securities fraud in 2018.
🧵1/10
He focuses too much on short-selling which is dangerous (you can lose more than your capital) and hard (you actually need brokers to lend you shares and they charge interest).
E.V. (Expected Value): + (Good)
Why: Focus on his biopharma picks and ignore other sectors.

@mvcinvesting One of the reasons I followed you is actually because you sold $HIMS. Most investors get stuck on a favourite stock and never let it go when the fundamentals change.
