@HP Ordered an HP laptop in late Nov, received Dec 15 with damage. HP agreed to an exchange. Since then: no updates, hours on calls, price-match “stuck,” no FedEx label, and constant runaround. Now told replacement arrives in February?! Unacceptable. Need this resolved ASAP.

I purchased the MX Master 3S mouse in Dec 2023, and now the left and right buttons aren’t working. The service center mentioned they don’t repair any products and only replace those under warranty. Is there any way to resolve this? #CustomerService#MXMaster3S
@Logitech My MX Master 3s mouse purchased Dec 17, 2023 already stopped working. Support says it's out of warranty so "buy a new one." Really disappointing for a premium product to fail in under 18 months with no solution. Is this the quality & service that justifies your prices?
