@cbic_india @GST_Council The time limit of issuing order under sec 73 & 74 in CGST Act, within 3/5 years from the date of AR, while last date of claiming input u/s 16 is 30 nov, only when R1 is filled on or before 13th & 24 oct of next year, clear violation of FR.

@IncomeTaxIndia professionals due dates के हिसाब से ही अपना टारगेट fix करते हैं, एक sitting में एक itr file नहीं हो रही है, कई बार बैठना पड़ता है, अब न पोर्टल चल रहा है और न ही tax जमा हो रहा है, क्या किया जाय, only the solution to extend the date.

Apart from all these a scheme should be re-launched in GST reforming old penalties, interest and others. Small taxpayers are adjusting themselves to GST, they need more time and support from the Government. @narendramodi @cbic_india @nsitharaman
