In no other mental health situation would you tell a client that ‘routine’ and getting back to ‘normal’ will solve it, yet UK school children are being told to just ‘get back on the horse’. No mention of mental health support for schools, just academic catch up! Grrrr!

It’s so sad to see people trying to bend the rules when others are trying so very hard to follow lockdown guidance. This must not distract us from beating this terrible COVID outbreak. The many will beat this - keep motivated, keep safe x

So sad to hear about Caroline Flack. Apparently friends had told the CPS she was vulnerable. When will authorities wake up to the reality of depression and mental illness? Another beautiful young life lost.
