Dear rail minister today you mentioned that 5 crore of passenger travels daily by train, i would like to mention an additional data that about 50k passenger travels daily with the local train between Narkatiyaganj and Gorakhpur and most of them are the students,

Is this negligence of railway is just because these trains are passenger trains??
