@AmazonHelp I found out the reason. In the text message there is a period at the end of the url which became the part of the url causing the url to fail as no page found. Ah, the simplest things causes the most stress....🙂

@AmazonHelp I did some investigation, what's happening is that from the text msg it takes me to the browser and doesnt redirect me to the app from twitter it the link directs me to the app. So browser link doesn't work
