My local club that I regularly visit did a nice piece for me in their programme today.

I managed to get down today to see them win 2-1 and present the MOTM

(Personal) Update time.

A week on from my first Chemopherapy session and Ive been feeling okay the last few days. The 48-72 hours after were probably the worse, was tough.
Managed to get out today for a haircut and do some shopping which was nice. In other news myself and Liz have given our notice of intention to be Married. We have been given a date of the 16th of November which were very pleased with. This wouldnt be possible without the kind support offered by those on this page. The meaning for us as a couple and our boys is honestly Titanic.
While Im well we are squeezing in what we can which includes taking our boys to Alton Towers next week during half term. We also are making plans for Christmas to make it as special as possible.
My outlook still remains the same. I am channelling only positivity and approaching each day as its own entity entirely. There are times my mind wonders offcourse but these thoughts bring nothing to my table in terms of how I continue to function so keeping busy is a must.
I do believe people possess a power inside them that can be retrieved during utter choas. I believe we are all much stronger than we think and the ability to draw this strength is in every person. It may not happen for a while why you come to terms with tradegy or bad news but its there and your are capable of using it I promise you.

Bit of personal news from me.

Some may have noticed Ive been a little absent recently here and on Instagram.

I started feeling unwell around the middle of June and for the longest time was being directed that it was trivial.

I have though recently been diagnosed with a rare liver cancer that is unfortnately uncureable after many tests, biopsy's and wasted time inbetween.

This has clearly smashed my world apart and not what you expect at 36. Some who have followed for while will know my Dad who started posting under the alias WALMOT in 2012 and that we lost him 5 years ago aged 50 to cancer. hows your luck eh?

I have had time to absorb this news and im determined to fight for my 3 young boys and beautiful fiance. Ive toiled in my head whether to share this news or not. Im not looking for sympathy or anything like that.

I want people to make sure you grab those around you, tell you love them as often as you can. Dont waste the time you are given, cherish it.

@airwingmarine This really shows how desperate BSG are for cash flow. I want the game to be successful & that means financial sustainability but this kind of shits on EOD. I was all for cosmetic add ons like tactical clothing. Find other ways of cash flow. This reeks of greed.
