Clubs like @cast_thought CIC are helping young people feel safe, supported and happy through a movement they wouldn't normally have access to!
Hearing the young people's experiences and positive feelings towards fishing shows the difference these @EssexActivAte clubs are making!
As part of our #InclusionMonth in October, we visited @Cast_thought CIC in, a SEND and mental wellbeing @EssexActivAte club.
They provide a safe space for children, especially those with learning disabilities, to enjoy fishing and nature, boosting confidence and life skills.
Great attendance from partners across West Essex at the ABCD-E course delivered by Jamie and Louise from our team! We had some fantastic conversations about shifting from “doing for” to “doing with and by.”
