Why don't you update state & district wise vaccination target for each month & the actual vaccination numbers against that target on a dashboard?

Now that vaccine prog is going to be run by states at their own cost, without the support of Central Govt, why is that we have to register on central Govt's portal & get certificate issued by center? Shouldn't states have their own registeration process? Will ease the burden too!
