Cloudflare ใช้ระบบนึงเรียกว่า Bot Management สำหรับการจัดการตรวจจับ Bot ที่ Spam, DDos, ดูดข้อมูลเว็บไซต์

ระบบ Bot Management จะมี Config, Rule หลายอย่าง

รายชื่อ signature ของ bot, ข้อมูล behavior patterns, รายการ exceptions, ค่าการฝึก ML ที่ต้องโหลดตอนเริ่มทำงาน, ค่าคอนฟิกของลูกค้า

แต่ดันมีบั๊กที่ทำให้ค่าบางอย่างถูกเขียนเพิ่มเข้าไปโดยไม่ตั้งใจ แทนที่จะทับข้อมูลเก่ากลายเป็น “เพิ่มต่อท้าย” ไปเรื่อย ๆ จนไฟล์มันใหญ่เลยโหลดไม่ขึ้น ≈ ล่มครับ
