GTA 6’s physical disc release is reportedly planned for December 2026, months after the game’s launch.

A delayed retail release could help Rockstar reduce the risk of leaks and prevent unauthorized copies from reaching players ahead of schedule.

@JokerNarukami yeah Rockstar have to make 1-2 billion copies for GTA 6 but 3 disc to make in their factory is too much work : test and make sure full game is on all 3 disc without defective

@JokerNarukami maybe disc don't have enough space if GTA 6 take over 250 gb to install.. Rockstar are like it too much work to make copies of 3 disc for GTA 6 per copy or digital help prevent leak for story spoilers
