๐ต๐ฐ Police reportedly opened fire on supporters of Imran Khan's party in northwest Pakistan, as anger grows over the government seizing control of their home province.
Islamabad took over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the province Khan's party runs, kicked out its government and arrested its chief minister.
Protesters took to the streets in Bara, a town near the Afghan border, and that's when the shooting reportedly started.
The government says it stepped in because the province failed to stop militant violence, but in Bara, the guns were pointed at protesters.

Scout was bashed by Salman for the way he was sitting on the sofa in Bigg Boss 20, as if sitting cross-legged was some kind of disrespectful act. But when Salman himself is seen sitting in a similar posture at a police station, suddenly where does that same standard of respect disappear? Why is one person judged so harshly for something that another person can do without facing the same criticism?
If Scout's sitting posture was disrespectful, then shouldn't the same logic apply to Salman as well? Or does the definition of respect change depending on who is sitting and who is doing the judging?
The point isn't that Salman should be criticised for his posture. The point is the double standard. If sitting like that is perfectly normal in one situation, then why make it an issue when Scout does it? You cannot preach manners and etiquette to someone while expecting your own actions to be viewed through a completely different lens.
Scout deserves to be judged on his actual behaviour, not unnecessarily humiliated over something as trivial as how he chooses to sit. Respect cannot be a one-way street, and criticism loses its credibility when the same rules aren't applied consistently.
Rules for Scout, exceptions for Salman? That's not discipline or professionalism; that's a double standard. ๐ฏ
