This is why the community server that I run with @xMissRave is getting a full reset, alot of us were taking a break waiting for 1.0, and its coming sooner than expected, looking forward to all the changes and new stuff!

Players can continue their existing saves if they wish, as we want to respect the time and effort you have put in.
However, due to the large number of changes to the game, including overhauls to mechanics and new content, we believe that starting a new character will give you the best experience of Palworld!

Alex and I loved talking about the weather, because Las Vegas has extreme weather. I was in Phoenix this week and finally experienced the “dry heat” Alex told me about. I didn’t get a chance to tell him that the “dry heat” was overrated but I loved my first glimpse of desert.

It was at a dinner after the 2025 TEAM YCS that I finally really got to know Alex. Before that, we were just two ships passing in the night.

I know this will sound strange to say, but I was so impressed with how he rolled with the punches life gave him, while at the same time being so on top of it for his young age.

We joked about Yu-Gi-Oh!, the world, and everything. But it wasn't until almost a year later that I was reminded that he was the genuine article.

For almost a year - he held onto a simple joking idea we had over that dinner, and we put together that same video with friends thereafter. It reminded me that he was paying attention, that he was present in the moments he had been given, and that he wanted to do it all - even the silly stuff - with the limited time we are given.

We can all hope to make such an impact.
We can all try.

6 years ago my mother passed after a lengthy battle with cancer. Her light continues on in my heart and the hearts of those she knew in life. It's never easy going through this.

My heart goes out to Alex Cimo and his loved ones.

Very sad to hear about the passing of Cimo. He was a positive influence in our community that inspired so many people to play yugioh and even become content creators.

Condolences to his friends and family in this difficult time.

Cimo was one of the main reasons why I started playing Yugioh in 2018. Even though as the years went on I was watching less of him, he was still an important part of my journey.
