URGENT Help! @Lufthansa flying Hamburg > Hyderabad (09/05) via FRA & BOM. Missed luggage finally arrived in HYD but customer care no. (040 66605000) isn't working! My wife's insulin is in the luggage & we urgently need it before a medical emergency. #LufthansaHelp #LostLuggage

@lufthansa There could be some solution. If not, I would have to pay 100s of Euros on insulin here for no wrong from my side.

@lufthansa I called them, even they don't have any information regarding luggage as they do just ticket booking. Please try to escalate it. As said, insulin inside and life is limited our insurance doesn't cover for insulin which costs 100s of euros. Please!

@lufthansa I had to check-out and check-in in Mumbai. And that's where I didn't my luggage and held back in Frankfurt.

@lufthansa It's purely @lufthansa . I booked on the site. I can DM or Mail you the reference number. I came from Hamburg > Frankfurt > Mumbai > Hyderabad. From Mumbai to Hyderabad, it's partner airliner (Vistara)
