Since this post kind of blew up, I went ahead and rewatched the VOD to document exactly what happened during each of my deaths in the game I was banned for.

Death 1: I get invaded on Raptors, lose most of my HP helping Mel get back to lane, misplay my bite on Red, Sett gets a kill (4h4m37s)

Death 2: Got caught trying to take Scuttle, traded a kill on Fizz for Mel (4h6m58s)

Death 3: Got caught trying to take Raptors, tried to make the best of it by ganking bot (4h7m48s)

Death 4: I die teamfighting with Mel and Leona (4h9m59s)

Death 5: I die trying to save Mel when she gets caught after dragon (4h12m14s)

Death 6: I die securing Void Grubs and traded a kill with Graves (4h13m12s)

Death 7: 3-man invade on my bot side jungle (4h14m44s)

Death 8: I try to save my Mel and fight bot lane (4h15m25s)

Death 9: Invaded on my red again, this is also when Mel starts egoing me (4h17m18s)

Death 10: I fk'd my snowball and died trying to defend mid turret with Sett and Leona (4h19m52s)

Teamfight Clutch: I get a good engage and ult when defending mid base turret, 3 kills (4h21m50s)

Death 12: Graves invades, we kill him. But my team keeps fighting, so I heal off Krugs and died trying to help them. We then get more picks and dragon (4h23m24s)

Death 13: I die fighting with my team (4h26m20s)

Death 14: I die after we get caught out at baron and then try to contest (4h27m55s)

Death 15: I die during a teamfight (4h30m57s)

Death 16: I die during a teamfight (4h33m9s)

Death 17: I messed up by trying to catch out Fizz before dragon because I was desperate on Soul turning the game (4h34m18s)

Death 18: I died trying to initiate a teamfight. Seeing 2 bot I thought if I went in my Leona could ult and my team would follow up, but it didn't work out as planned (4h35m42s)

So there it all is. If you actually watch the VOD, does this look like someone who is intentionally trying to lose?

I never inted or intentionally tried to throw the game. I actively participated the entire time, tried to adapt my build to tank and get my team fed, and even tried my best to stay optimistic making comments such as "I'm at my 12 death power spike!", "We can actually turn this around," and trying to work out how to win. Despite my struggles, I still managed to assist my team in getting 18 kills, 4 dragons + soul, and the Void Grubs.

Like I said in the original post, I fully admit I had a bad game, but I shouldn't be banned for it. When you take into consideration ending with 42% kill participation (18 kp) and a 1.0 KDA, I've had games much worse than this, especially when up against a smurf. But simply because I lost the luck of the draw and angered a Riot Employee, but not just any Riot employee, the literal Game Director of League of Legends, my account gets nuked for "disruptive gameplay" for the first time ever.

It's honestly not even about the ban at this point, more so the conflict of interest this creates for Riot's customers and the blatant abuse of power.

The system is programmed to follow an escalation path that the LoL game director can trigger himself? They can manually trigger this
