One reportedly dated Brand when she was 16 and he was approximately 30.
The other woman’s personal background has not been established in the reliable reporting I found.
Police have interviewed Brand concerning both allegations.
The Crown Prosecution Service is considering the evidence; these allegations have not resulted in convictions.
⚖️ An important distinction
Brand was convicted on 5 November 2026 of one rape and three sexual assaults, but acquitted of three other charges. The two newer allegations remain under investigation.
The prosecution stated that the original complainants came forward independently and did not know one another. Police reported examining more than 100 witnesses and 1,400 documents.
The outstanding question is whether there is independently verifiable evidence affecting the credibility of either new allegation. Their backgrounds alone cannot answer that question.
The complainants also have legal rights to anonymity, so identifying them or investigating unrelated private matters would not be appropriate.
