@IndiaPostOffice I just got this update on my parcel tracking. Need your help . The update says the parcel is on its way to its country of origin followed by a message saying will be delivered as soon as possible. @IndiaPostOffice Please help and hope it is getting delivered soon.

@Indcustomsinfo hi my parcel has left from France and reached India on 17th August. Ever since my tracking says clearing customs. La Poste of France gave me the same update. Parcel in name if Darrpan Mehta no.CC968113447FR arrived via Colissimo. Any update with the status?

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for your reply. The Poste handle of France told me yesterday that since it is still in customs since 17th august, it is not appearing in Indian Post office records.
Will appreciate a reply as soon as you get an update.

@IndiaPostOffice I have been using this code that i got from France post office to track. They asked me to now follow up with Indian post office with the same number as on 4th august the parcel reached India. Attaching a pic of the receipt issued by Toulouse France. Hope that helps
