Northcliff is without power since Monday evening. Seattle Dr, Mark ave, Tracey Ln, Rockcliff drive and Susan Avenue that we know of. City power closing tickets and saying it's restored. Anything you can do?

@CityPowerJhb Thank you for the updated report. Our ticket was closed saying resolved but it wasnt resolved so had to open another ticket. What exactly is affecting us in Northcliff ext? Is it the Hursthill issue or the Roosevelt issue? I don't know...

Outage in Northcliff not yet resolved but tickets CPWEB5224384 amd CPWEB5225707 have been closed.
CPWEB5226100 has been linked to another area instead of Northcliff so not being attended to properly. Please escalate.
