@Oliviaa_Zzo Since when solving such basic arithmetic problem is for genius?? 🤔
@ScothronSaltire @NOELreports Physics? In deed ! What is a laser beam? How energy medium attenuation is wavefront dependent?
Maybe you should enlighten all of us how phase coherent and monotonic energy source is attenuated...
Just saying. Prepare your lesson and come back teach us.
Looking forward
A realidade é implacável.
A realidade.
@Wisdom_HQ Wtf dumb thing to ask
@yourjunii 264 or 312 depending on 2 valid values for chicken: 12 or -12.
12 x 12 = -12 x -12 = 144
132-(-12) =156-(12)=144
Solution A) 132+132=264
Solution B) 156+156=312

I am a social media manager for the French government.
I run @FrenchResponse.
We respond rapidly. To threats.
On Friday, someone threw a grenade into a beauty salon in Grenoble.
Six people were injured. Including a five-year-old. In broad daylight.
That same day, we identified a different threat.
A parody account.
Making jokes about GDPR.
We chose to respond to the comedian.
Rapidly.
This is called prioritization.
We learned it at the École nationale d'administration.
The account is called @eurofounder.
They make fun of European regulations.
They mock our bureaucracy.
They joke about the Digital Services Act.
They have 50,000+ followers.
We have the entire French government. Nuclear weapons.
They have memes and jokes. This is a fair fight.
They imply we are slow. We will prove them wrong. In 6-8 weeks.
After the consultation period.
This cannot stand. People might laugh. At us. A government.
Being mocked.
By a parody account.
With a fake German name.
And an anime-adjacent profile picture.
We must respond.
With the full weight of the state.
This is proportional.
Laughter is not in the DSA.
We checked.
Twice.
With the legal department.
They took three weeks to respond.
We investigated the account.
Using GDPR.
The privacy regulation.
To identify a private citizen.
Making jokes.
This is what GDPR is for.
Also cookie banners.
Very important.
We consulted CNIL.
The French data protection authority.
They said this was not a data protection matter.
We consulted them anyway.
It took 6 weeks.
We considered referring this to Europol.
But Europol handles serious crime.
This was more serious.
This was satire.
We found evidence.
The display name is "Matthias Schmidt."
German.
Very German.
We tweeted about this.
"The choice must have been hard. Schmidt, Schmitt, Schmid. So many options."
Very clever.
Very deft.
Very French.
The display name is German.
Therefore the threat is German.
This is how intelligence works.
In Europe.
We also checked with the Académie Française.
They reviewed the tweets.
They found three English words.
Also a violation.
The US Under Secretary of State @UnderSecPD saw our tweet.
She called it a "good reminder why bureaucrats should have no role in curating what you see online."
Americans.
Always so direct.
No appreciation for process.
We were expecting applause.
For our media literacy.
We have degrees in media literacy.
Several.
Then someone checked the X metadata.
Account based in: Indonesia.
Connected via: Poland App Store.
The display name is German.
The location says Indonesia.
The App Store says Poland.
We focused on the display name.
"Matthias Schmidt."
That's what mattered.
The fact that it's obviously a parody character name was not discussed.
We had a meeting about it.
The meeting ran long.
We broke for lunch.
Two hours.
Then we resumed.
We used the full power of GDPR.
To identify a fictional German.
Based in Indonesia.
Connected via Poland.
Making jokes about France.
This is European intelligence.
Very thorough.
Very collaborative.
27 member states could have helped.
They were busy.
With their own comedians.
The Germans were efficient about it.
The Italians were flexible with deadlines.
The Spanish said mañana.
The British left.
We coordinated anyway.
This is subsidiarity.
Someone asked why we investigated a parody account.
I said: "We know our own geeks from haters."
The hater makes accurate jokes.
That's the dangerous kind.
Inaccurate jokes we can ignore.
Accurate jokes require government response.
This is democracy.
European style.
Someone asked if we were punching down.
A government.
With nuclear weapons.
Investigating a comedian.
With a display name.
I said: "We are punching horizontally."
At a threat.
To European values.
The threat posts memes.
About cookie consent.
Very dangerous memes.
Someone asked why we didn't just ignore him.
Ignoring is not in our mandate.
Responding is in our mandate.
Rapidly.
After lunch.
Someone suggested we just block him.
Blocking is not in the Digital Services Act.
Investigating is.
Someone asked if we could speed this up.
I said: "C'est pas possible."
This is the default response.
To any request.
In France.
Someone pointed out the Grenoble attack.
Six injured.
Five-year-old.
Grenade.
Broad daylight.
I said: "We are monitoring all threats."
The comedian was more monitor-able.
He has a Twitter account.
The grenade thrower does not.
Priorities.
We have committees for priorities.
The committees meet quarterly.
Except in August.
In August, the entire country is on vacation.
The investigation will pause.
The comedian will also pause.
Hopefully.
We have the Digital Services Act.
We have GDPR.
We have the AI Act.
We have the Data Governance Act.
We have the Cyber Resilience Act.
We have the Digital Markets Act.
We have so many acts.
So many acronyms.
We used all of them.
To investigate "Matthias Schmidt."
The investigation was translated into 24 official languages.
The Maltese version is still pending.
This is the European project.
Someone said we can't recognize satire.
We recognized it immediately.
That's why we investigated.
Satire about regulations is still satire.
Satire about GDPR is still protected speech.
Unless we can identify the speaker.
Then it's a dialogue.
We love dialogue.
Especially multi-stakeholder dialogue.
With actionable takeaways.
The parody account has more followers than ours.
His jokes get retweeted.
Our debunking gets ratio'd.
We are a nuclear power.
Getting ratio'd.
By a parody account.
With a stock photo profile picture.
This is the information war.
We are losing.
To jokes.
Ratio is not in the DSA.
We are working on it.
There's a proposal.
It's in committee.
Someone asked about our priorities.
Grenade attack: local matter.
Comedian on Twitter: European matter.
This is jurisdiction.
Very clear.
We handle European matters.
Like jokes about Europe.
The jokes are accurate.
That makes them European.
The attacker in Grenoble used a grenade.
Grenades are regulated.
Under different regulations.
We specialize in digital regulations.
Like the one that lets us investigate comedians.
Someone called this "law enforcement theater."
That was about the X raid.
We also raided X this week.
Over deepfakes.
And Holocaust denial.
And AI content.
Very serious matters.
And the comedian.
Also serious.
Equally serious.
Someone said the EU is not Europe.
They said it's a bureaucratic institution.
They said ideas should be allowed to be criticized.
In a democracy.
We are a democracy.
We allow criticism.
We just investigate the critics.
Democratically.
Using GDPR.
After the consultation period.
Someone said governments shouldn't fight with Twitter accounts.
I said: "We are not fighting."
We are engaging.
In strategic communications.
With a shitposter.
This is diplomacy.
21st century diplomacy.
Someone said the comedian won.
By making us respond.
To an obvious joke.
With government resources.
I said: "There are no winners."
Only stakeholders.
And we are the primary stakeholder.
In being mocked.
Someone asked if Emmanuel Macron should be accountable.
For a state account targeting satirists.
Using privacy regulations.
That is an interesting question.
We will form a committee.
The committee will issue a report.
In 18 months.
The report will be 400 pages.
Nobody will read it.
This is accountability.
European style.
The comedian continues to post.
We continue to monitor.
He continues to get engagement.
We continue to get ratio'd.
This is the European information space.
We are curating it.
Whether you want us to or not.
We have the mandate.
The mandate is somewhere.
In one of the acts.
Someone said "Trust us" is not reassuring.
We said: "Trust us."
We know our geeks from haters.
Except when they're fictional Germans.
Based in Indonesia.
Connected via Poland.
But the methodology was correct.
It passed the trilogue.
Parliament agreed.
The Commission agreed.
The Council agreed.
It only took three years.
We checked the display name.
Display names are important.
They're in GDPR.
Somewhere.
Article 47.
Or 74.
We'll find it.
We have 99 articles to choose from.
And a two-hour lunch break.
Someone asked if this was a good use of resources.
I said: "This is about European values."
European values include:
Long lunches.
Thorough investigations.
Cookie consent banners.
35-hour work weeks.
August vacations.
And taking comedians very seriously.
Someone asked what we learned.
I said: "We are reviewing our processes."
The review will take 6 months.
We will produce a framework.
The framework will have pillars. The pillars will have sub-pillars.
The sub-pillars will have bullet points. This is how we learn.
Anyway, the choice must have been hard. Schmidt, Schmitt, Schmid. So many options!
The actual person remains a mystery.
But we identified the display name correctly.
And we only took one lunch break.
Very efficient.
For Europe.
⚠️ ATTENTION: Do not underestimate Storm #Marta!
The Portuguese people are not being sufficiently warned about what’s coming. Recent model guidance has been adjusting to newer data and I expect Marta to continue intensifying up until landfall tomorrow.
NOTE: I don’t expect this storm to be as severe as Kristin, but a storm doesn’t need to be historic to be dangerous. As most of you know, Portugal and Spain remain in a very critical situation with severe flooding unfolding. Marta will not only bring widespread *heavy* rain but the continued intensification suggests a risk of very strong winds.
It’s still unclear exactly what areas will be affected by the worst winds, but it’s reasonable to expect the strongest gusts across central and southern Portugal and also in parts of the north, especially wherever the center of the storm makes landfall. There is a possibility of particularly strong winds in excess of 120-130 km/h near the core of the storm.
Trees and power lines will be more prone to fall with soils continuing to be deeply saturated.
In summary:
Please prepare for widespread disruptive winds and further heavy rainfall exacerbating the ongoing flood crisis.
Thank you for reading and be sure to share this information! The more people that know what’s coming, the better.

@SecurityTrybe To newbies, I call it remove the french language packet:

Os telemóveis destroem o cérebro dos jovens.
Já nem escondem as verdadeiras intenções que todos já sabiamos: perpetuar a esquerda no poder através dos votos da imigração
🇪🇸 | The leader of the Spanish far-left admits at an event that she is in favor of replacing the native population with foreigners to alter voting dynamics:
«I hope for 'replacement theory,' I hope we can sweep this country of fascists and racists with immigrants. Whatever their skin color, whether 'Chinese, Black, or Brown'»
I am the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
We are facing imminent financial collapse.
This is different from our other collapses.
The moral ones.
Those are ongoing.
This one is about money.
We have $1.57 billion in outstanding dues.
That's a record.
We hold many records.
Largest bureaucracy per resolution passed.
Most languages spoken per problem solved.
Highest catering budget per genocide witnessed.
We're very accomplished.
The United States owes us $4.6 billion.
They pay 22% of our budget.
They get one vote.
Same as Tuvalu.
Population: 11,000.
Very fair.
China pays 20%.
They also get one vote.
They're on the Human Rights Council.
So is Cuba.
And Eritrea.
And Sudan.
We take human rights very seriously.
We put it in the name.
Of the council.
That's the important part.
We could run out of cash by July.
This would affect our operations.
Our operations include:
Watching.
Expressing concern.
Drafting resolutions.
The resolutions are non-binding.
"Non-binding" means optional.
"Optional" means ignorable.
We're very influential.
In 1994, we watched Rwanda.
800,000 people died.
We watched.
Very thoroughly.
Our peacekeepers were there.
They kept the peace.
By leaving.
When the killing started.
That's called strategic withdrawal.
I learned it at a conference.
In Geneva.
With a buffet.
The wine was also very good.
In 1995, we declared Srebrenica a "safe zone."
8,000 people were murdered.
In the safe zone.
We investigated ourselves.
Found room for improvement.
Improved the catering.
At the next conference.
In Vienna this time.
Our peacekeepers went to Haiti.
To help.
They brought cholera.
10,000 Haitians died.
From the help.
We expressed regret.
Regret is free.
Unlike the $1.57 billion we're owed.
We have a rule.
The rule says we must return unspent money to member states.
At the end of each year.
To the states who didn't pay us.
I call it the Kafkaesque cycle.
"Kafkaesque" is what you say.
When you have a literature degree.
And no solutions.
We are trapped.
Expected to give back cash that does not exist.
To states that didn't give it to us.
So they can not give it to us again.
Very sustainable.
Like our development goals.
Which are also unfunded.
And also not achieved.
But very goal-like.
The President of the United States says we have "great potential."
He launched a rival organization.
Called the "Board of Peace."
It does what we do.
But without 80 years of institutional failure.
Very competitive.
We have 193 member states.
They vote on resolutions.
The resolutions condemn things.
Strongly.
Sometimes very strongly.
The condemned things continue.
But they're condemned now.
That's progress.
Our Oil-for-Food program had $1.8 billion in kickbacks.
To Saddam Hussein.
We investigated.
Found 2,200 companies involved.
Prosecuted none.
Wrote a report.
Very comprehensive.
440 pages.
About the money we lost.
While asking for more money.
From the same countries.
Who lost the money.
With us.
Our peacekeepers have 2,000+ sexual abuse allegations.
Since 2004.
We take this very seriously.
We issued guidelines.
The guidelines say don't do that.
Very clear.
The allegations continue.
But they're against the guidelines now.
That's accountability.
Please pay your dues.
Or we will have to cut programs.
Programs like:
The Commission on the Status of Women.
Chaired by Saudi Arabia.
In 2025.
Very progressive.
We maintain international peace.
And security.
And human rights.
You can tell by the wars.
And the insecurity.
And the human rights.
Please send money.
We promise to return the unspent portion.
To you.
Who didn't send it.
That's the rule.
We made the rule.
We can't change the rule.
That would require a resolution.
The resolution would be non-binding.
I'm not good at math.
Or peacekeeping.
Or human rights.
Or cholera prevention.
I run the United Nations.
