Appalachian State upsets No. 18 James Madison 26-23 in OT. JMU immediately files NCAA appeal that OT shouldn't count & regulation tie should be considered a win for the home team
The 10 point deduction for Everton is excessive & not right, considering they have been working with the PL about this for the last couple of years.
Would it have been better to be evasive & try & drag it out like other clubs?
No doubt relegated clubs will have put big pressure on the PL to deal with Everton, but when you consider 6 clubs tried to leave the PL & there was no sanction at all it doesn’t feel right.
Until other clubs are sanctioned Everton will feel they are being used to show there is no need for an independent regulator, and they are right.
@DaAlexJohnson Translation: it was a relief to record something other than our lacking squad and mounting losses. This may give something to look forward to
Fantastic work by the way. I’m encouraged, even if slightly.
I hope that I don’t see a single Everton fan or supporter criticize Alex Iwobi if this it. He’s been so crucial the last two seasons and has done nothing but be positive and professional in a dark time for the club. Never pouted once and has always given 100%. Wish you the best!
Yes, the goal should have stood for Michael Keane for Everton against Fulham after Bernd Leno jumped into Tarkowski and his own defender which led to him spilling the ball. No foul in the process
@daEase This stinks to hear. I’m so far behind on all marvel releases (last thing I watched was moon knight),but was semi-excited for this show.Just think Disney has over saturated the universe to the point it’s overwhelming and each show/movie doesn’t seem to get tons of attention
@Robvander They stunk then? They needed to catch up to arsenal and United.
Jokes aside, they started dominating once they started doing better business.
@owenparkes123 (If he’s even allowed), to do his job. Another roster deconstruction for another style of play, and more signings that likely won’t fit the next guy as Dyche is unique in style of play. Only works if he stays for years and gels with Thelwell
@owenparkes123 Totally accept he was the perfect hire from Thelwell at the time. I’m a Dyche truther, as you have shown as well, but I’m a little timid as he’s our manager moving forward. Not because of his competency for the job, but how almost impossible it is for Thelwell…..
@Paddy_Boyland@RyanSoccerAA I think what we often times overlook as fans or even critics, is that what he tells the players is one thing, but may not be what he’s thinking. Some of the most successful coaches across sports are both tactically mindful, yet can also galvanize and build chemistry in the room
@USAToffeePod Put one in the win column for the “play Michael Keane up top” crowd. Felt like we wanted it more and at times dominated the game. A little bit of quality in this team would be dangerous.
