We are SO CLOSE to uploading our next @likeatouristza video on YouTube BUT we are struggling with the title. The thing is, thumbnail and title are billboards for your video and they have to make people want to click. I was hoping that maybe you can help us?

CONTEXT: We did a 7-day road trip from Joburg to Cape Town last year and we visited some incredible small towns on that route. The point of the video isn't about arriving in Cape Town, but it's meant to show you a highlights package of the small towns along the way in case you ever want to stop over at one of them, instead of just drive through them.

EPISODE 1 is all about introducing the concept of the video and then we stop over at Gariepdam, Nieu-Bethesda, and Valley of Desolation. It also teases some of what we will be doing in episode 2.

THE UPSIDE of this video is that most people have never visited these spots and it really highlights how incredible small towns are across SA.

THE DOWNSIDE is that this video is one of two or three episodes and the small towns aren't well-known so if we focus on the small towns then people might not click in the first place. If we focus on the road trip and the idea that there are so many small towns, then it's hard to pull on people's curiosity strings.

SO... We've come up with three names we like:

1. Discovering the Soul of South Africa on a Small Town road trip!

2. Small Town Wonders: South Africa's Road Trip Secrets Revealed

3. Road tripping to secret small towns across South Africa

Do any of these resonate with you? Is there an alternative variation you'd prefer? Do you have a completely different title you'd go with?

Keep in mind, titles can't be too long and they have to intrigue people enough (along with the thumbnail) that people click and watch. It's such a tricky process.

What do you guys think? I so badly want this video to pop because if it does, these small towns are the ultimate winners. If we don't find anything better, we are most likely going with option 1.
