Another #JazzStory? in 1956 Louis Armstrong heard of the talent of 16 year old Hugh Masekela; and he sent him a trumpet as a gift, all the way from the US to South Africa! Hugh goes on to become the innovator we know him to be. This is an image of a young Hugh jumping in joy after receiving the horn.
Music is interconnected.
