This week on Tuesday, we had a proud moment for Afyaplus hosting distinguished guests from the Malala Fund at our new Dodoma office Ms. Leila Seradj, Director of Grants, and Ms. Maria Qanita, Chief of Staff.

Today, AfyaPlus was happy to welcome special guests from our donor, Malala Fund. We were joined by Ms. Leila Seradj (Director of Grants) and Ms. Maria Qanita (Chief of Staff), who visited our projects in Dodoma.

Last week started of Community Based Training on sewing reusable sanitary pads.

These CBTs will now share their knowledge in 10 schools across Dodoma region (Dodoma CC, Bahi DC & Chamwino DC) under the Safe Pad Lab Project Phase Two.

The SWASH Project at Magigiwe Primary School in Mbarali DC, Mbeya Region is complete. From newly renovated toilets, and constructed changing room, an incinerator, Handwashing stations, water tank tower to a complete water system.

This marks a key step in our pilot project to install clean & safe drinking water systems, ensuring every student has access to water!
