EAs work closely with the key decision maker - the CEO.

So if you impress them, it catapults your career.

Oando Marketing had a crisis in 2009 and the Oando Group leadership cleared the leadership of that subsidiary.

Yomi Awobokun, Wale Tinubu's EA, was then sent to the marketing subsidiary to be the CEO.

He moved from EA to CEO of a subsidiary within a short period.
