Fair point on wanting clean land and water β I share that.
But here's the cold reality I tell a lot of people lately: If you're genuinely unhappy with how this is handled, either run for office yourself or find someone who actually matches your values and back them hard.
Otherwise, 'our' government (left, right, or center) isn't suddenly going to prioritize regular people's long-term interests over politics, donors, and headlines.
They don't give a fuck about us on either side of the aisle. Energy policy, waste, regulations β it's all the same game. Better to focus on what actually scales: better tech, nuclear, and realistic trade-offs instead of wishing for perfect outcomes from people who don't live with the consequences.
@WaIgnoreme@tomotaquito I would proceed with jokes. If you can make some one laugh, you broke the ice. Bad jokes work great for making the atmosphere awkward.. I like to make shit awkward though.
@mgnk329 I may be crazy, stupid and a bit of an asshole, But even I can think people are cool. You may come off as a bit brazen some days, or a little crass but you normally seem like a cool dude, don't let some rando stalker throw your day threw a loop and start self doubting now.
