HE CALLS FOR UNITY AND NONVIOLENCE.
THEY CALL HIM A TERRORIST.
Nigeria’s illegal imprisonment of truth-speaker Nnamdi Kanu
Read the Sokoto Declaration. Then look at the cell.
A man chained in Sokoto just told the world, in writing, that the way forward is strict non-violence. Unity across tribe. Unity across religion. Unity across race. The basic human rights every human being is born with. Those are his words. That is now the record.
That is not a terrorist. That is a conscience.
And that is what the regime in Abuja cannot survive — a prisoner whose only weapon is the truth, and whose truth keeps getting louder the deeper they bury him.
Nnamdi Kanu was illegally abducted from Kenya. Tried under a law that no longer existed. A British dual citizen, convicted for words spoken in London. Shackled 800 kilometers from his family in a cell in the heart of the Caliphate to silence him.
It did not work. It will not work.
The whole charade has collapsed. The man calls for peace and they call him a terrorist. The man calls for unity and they call him a separatist. The man calls for human rights and they call him a threat. They have run out of lies, and the world has finally learned to read.
His only crime is telling the truth about a tryannical regime built on graves.
Release Nnamdi Kanu. Release every prisoner of conscience. Release them today.
The world is watching. History is taking names. And the prisoner of Sokoto has already won.

To @SecRubio:
PLEASE REPOST.
@PeterObi is the best candidate for president of Nigeria, but he is destined to lose to the orrupt Tinubu unless the voting system is reformed from violence and corruption to free and fair elections. Will you enact diplomacy to help? cc: @WhiteHouse
Three years later, Nigerians are still being asked to “sacrifice” while the political class lives untouched by the hardship they created.
Yes, subsidy fraud needed to end. Yes, forex reforms were necessary. But reforms without protection for ordinary people become punishment, not progress.
You cannot celebrate a booming stock market to citizens who can barely afford food, transport, rent, and electricity. Market capitalisation does not feed families. GDP headlines do not reduce suffering in the streets of Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt, or Enugu.
If the economy is truly “stabilised,” why is the naira still weak? Why are businesses shutting down? Why are unemployment and insecurity still crushing young Nigerians? Why are graduates fleeing the country in record numbers?
The government keeps talking about roads, highways, and investor confidence, but millions of Nigerians are asking a simpler question: “Can we survive?”
Leadership is not only about making hard decisions. It is about ensuring the people do not carry all the pain while those in power enjoy all the comfort.
A nation cannot claim progress when citizens feel poorer every single day.
History will not judge this administration by speeches or statistics. It will judge it by the quality of life of ordinary Nigerians.
You did nothing Mr Man!!! All this arf bunch of lies!!!
@DanielRegha Daniel in this case you're the very blind and one sided hypocrite.
The woman stood her ground despite intimidation from the high and mighty not to mention that criminal Mahmoud.
If she had declared it wrongly or out of preference for Otti INEC would have cancelled the result.
@HAHayatu@POnukwu But ADC owned and founded by Ralph Nwosu, an Igbo man is not seen by the North as an IPOB party.
May thunder strike you [email protected] Obi had remained in the ADC and agreed to deputize Atiku, you guys would have enjoyed his lies abi....na ogun go kpai you
Thaddeus Attah, contested against Banky W for the Eti-Osa Federal constituency and won under the influence of Labour Party"TOP TO BOTTOM"
Few months after winning, he was among the first 8 law makers to boldly defect to APC.
Haven defected, he held the position of "the APC choir master" of ON YOUR MANDATE WE STAND.
Infact, he has different colors/ brands of the asiwaju cap and has flaunted it even in his constituency, hence telling the people who voted him to go hug a transformer.
With the current political wave, he has started following Peter Obi, singing praises and eulogies, just to ride on his popularity.
He has moved to ADC and now in NDC, and has promised Nigerians a change of heart as he intends to throw away all the "on your mandate caps in his closet" if the people vote for him again.
God forbid bat-ting
@DanielRegha Our useless governor Hope Uzodinjo Tinubu shoe shiner and idiotic Soludo will not say a word, i won't even talk about the other two mugus from Enugu and Ebonyi states.
Our governors need to be stoned and shamed out of Igbo land.
When the South Easterners protest, when Nnamdi Kanu protests, when Igbos protest, they are seen as people who hate Nigeria but they're infact the most hated tribe in the country. Speaking up got NK jailed while his compatriots from the other region enjoy government largesse. The expiration date for this anomaly is around the corner.
@officialABAT Yekini aka Bola i hope you're reading the comments, it just shows how popular you are with the people.
You are the most clueless and wicked thing to happen to Nigeria.
I thought Buhari was bad but you are worse.
Most Yorubas rejoiced when Tinubu jailed Nnamdi Kanu for defending Igbo land, little did they know that their forests, town and villages is being taken over by Fulani janjawids.
