The way I think about it now...every organ and system is connected. Nothing functions independently; therefore, every single thing we put in (and on!) our body affects us. Some now call dementia Diabetes type 3.
It does make logical sense that all diseases have to do with our metabolism and what we are fueling our body with.
My mother-in-law is one of these people. She lost nothing on months of tirzepatide. She cannot keep food out of her mouth. All day, every day.
Now that I started tirz (a small 1.25mg starting dose) I can't comprehend how she can still eat constantly. She definitely has a disorder.

I will find the link to a video going over it yesterday. I follow all her videos. Another must follow on YouTube is Stefan Burns. @StefanBurnsGeo has taught me so much. I'm fascinated with it all.
Global warming. Pfft. The Earth is going to do it's thing. We are powerless over it.
@JustInOutput@japan_nobunaga In conversations with people...it's nice to not have to put my phone in my face to understand the temps they're speaking of. Like how cold it gets in the winters, etc.
My husband and I listen. Every morning while watching the "news", we are bombarded with so many pharma ads. We roll our eyes and laugh. How can people actually go ask their doctor for these when the side effects are horrid? Why do they allow advertising direct to consumers? We are the only country to allow this, correct?
Our favorites are "anal leakage", "anal seepage", and all the other ones mentioned. Suicidal thoughts, severe stomach paralysis, liver or kidney failure. Sheehan. Who signs up for that?
