Booked a flight on Saturday, needed a Surname change & did this within the hour of booking & have been charged €115! Should be fee of charge!

Emailed & called and have been given nothing but woeful customer service…

@askryanair @Ryanair So having called & speaking to someone .@askryanair - a “swap” means swapping the first & last around or vice versa. It appears the wording is purposefully obtuse, meaning everyone can play semantics. Would be useful just to clear to the customers. Even your staff aren’t clear!

That link is not helpful and this response does not even answer my query! I don’t need to manage my booking, I would like €115 to refunded, which it clearly says a name change within 48hrs is free of charge.

@askryanair @Ryanair Thank you, yes I still have this issue and am looking for this to be refunded ASAP. I went through this web bot on Monday. Was like over 180+ in the queue & in the end, they didn’t help.

Really disappointed with the #CustomeSatisfaction #CustomerService so far. Please resolve 🙏🏽

…finally got through to someone helpful who said she agrees with me, but said had I called Customer Services they could do free. But no where is this stated. Really poor service and hoping for common sense to prevail on the current support ticket I have raised.
