@AirtelNigeria I have tried and tried and I dont know why my line is barred due to unpaid postpaid balance that i have sorted before switching to prepaid. This is over a week of back and forth with you ppl.
@AirtelNigeria whats going on I have cleared the postpaid balance that you claimed I was owing and I still cannot make calls. I credited my already credited line and the response is that I am barred due to unpaid postpaid balance.
@AirtelNigeria I have sent my number. Its painful to see this. I have never use the line to make a call yet the subtle deduction of 0.02naira every minute has to be explained.
@AirtelNigeria please explain to me why I cannot make a call since I retrieved my line and my data has been OFF but 0.02naira is being deducted from line every minute for a line I have not been able to use.
@IkejaElectric whats going on since morning. I have used two different payment platforms up till now and I have not received token. Debits were successful ooo. So its clearly not the bank.
@FOBroadband No communication, nothing,no connection. What the hell is this? Is it a crime to be your customer? This outage is gradually becoming a monthly thing and no refund for the lost hours.
