Ministry of Defense Officials’ Participation, “Center-2026” Strategic Military Exercises, Russia

At the official invitation of the Russian Federation, a high-level delegation of the IEA Ministry of Defense, led by Mawlawi Nasibullah “Madani”, Commander of the Abdullah bin Masoud (RA) Joint Combat Training Command, participated in the “Center-2026” joint strategic military exercises hosted by the Russia.

Alongside observing the practical stages of the exercises, the delegation visited an exhibition showcasing modern military equipment, including heavy weapons, unmanned aerial vehicles, long-range missiles, robotic systems, and other advanced military technologies.

In the course of the visit, the Afghan delegation held discussions and exchanged views with military representatives from China, India, North Korea, Vietnam, Colombia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and several other countries on bilateral relations, military experiences, training, professional education, and joint cooperation.

Sajil has obtained information indicating that a group within the Pakistani government is directly supporting and assisting anti-Afghanistan resistance fronts and ISIS-Khorasan elements.

According to the information, the Pakistani government, under various pretexts and in exchange for money, recruits some former soldiers of Afghanistan’s previous republican government and uses them for destabilizing and subversive activities inside Afghanistan.

Sajil’s trusted sources say that the Pakistani government has established key facilities for several groups operating against Afghanistan and has provided them with the necessary equipment and weapons. According to the information received, a significant training center in Islamabad has been designated for members of Yasin Zia’s group. Similarly, ISIS-Khorasan elements have reportedly been provided with important training and operational centers in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In addition, members of other opposition groups have reportedly been provided with facilities and necessary resources for their activities, training, and equipment.

In a video obtained by Sajil, a man named Javed claims that he was recruited, along with his father, to fight in exchange for money. He says that he was transferred from Iran to Pakistan and was later sent into Afghanistan to carry out subversive activities. He was subsequently captured alive during a clash with Afghan defense forces. Javed stated that the Pakistani government was directly directing their activities and that a Pakistani officer was providing them with training. He also said that he was a member of the “National Resistance Front” (Jabha-ye Azadi).

According to these allegations, the leaders of these groups are working in pursuit of ISI interests and seeking to destabilize and undermine Afghanistan.

🔴 Pakistan’s Centre for Research and Security Studies (CRSS) said in a report released yesterday, Friday, that the casualty rate has increased by 83% across Pakistan due to a rise in militant activities.

According to the centre’s data, during the first three months of the current year alone, 1,415 people were killed and 558 others were injured in 385 security incidents, with the majority of casualties reported in Balochistan province.
