A “ typical” addict might spend anywhere from $8,000 to $50,000 yearly for a moderate to heavy habit, with severe addictions easily pushing past $100,000. These numbers shift based on regional pricing (cheaper in urban hubs, pricier in rural areas) and how much the addict can sustain financially before hitting rock bottom.

I found this commentary from Luke Clements and the IO very helpful. Head of Social Care in our case already compromised independence of SW in seeking to force us to accept her token payment to go away.

The way my parenting and behaviour was being discussed by the senior management team and safeguarding/complaints manager was a kick in the guts, support and understanding is all we wanted..

@Mikeo56977865 @Esarubbish Sadly j's mum has blocked me for some reason. Just trying to tell people the 'helpu' scheme in Wales only requires you to be on certain benefits and under a certain income. No requirement to be disabled or on water meter to have your water bill capped. Maybe useful if struggling?
