@UntoldbyTerry Umm, I am from Chicago. White people self-divided my entire life, by ethnicity, not color---e.g., Irish, German, Polish, etc. Color is not the most important factor most places in the world, ethnicity is. Black Africans in Niger self-segregate by ethnicity-Fulani, Igbo, Yoruban.
