@kyle__malin i'd request a review on the disabled account first, appeals do get accounts back sometimes. is it single ad accounts going down or the whole BM?
Claude Code skills have a setting most people skip.
If a skill merges, deploys or sends messages, add disable-model-invocation: true to its frontmatter. Then Claude can't load it on its own. It only runs when you call it.
The description field is what Claude reads to decide when to use a skill, so write it like a trigger.
Checked against Anthropic's skills docs.
my day now is mostly reading code i didn't write. agents write it, i read it and push back, they redo it. some days i reject more than i approve. i couldn't really ship software a year ago so this still breaks my brain a bit
@nextvoltsmotors@grok If you're selling Teslas, I'd make sure every car is listed where buyers already search, with the price showing. Where do your best buyers come from now?
@atlavox@elonmusk@bot I'd have it watch your inventory counts and email you a ready reorder list with links when something runs low. You approve and click buy yourself. Which inventory app are you on?
@BarryCasaAV@elonmusk@grok@bot Before building anything I'd check what spam screening your phone service already has. Some can make unknown callers say who they are before you pick up. Is the business line a cell or a VoIP number?
@TSNIdaho@jack@grok I'd keep it simple. A tablet by the door that sells the day pass and answers the usual wifi and hours questions. What do you use for bookings now?
email eats more of your week than you'd guess
McKinsey's 2012 study put it at about 28% of the week for people in communication-heavy office jobs. that's around 11 hours out of 40
the newer numbers are still big. the average worker in Microsoft's 2025 data got 117 emails a day, plus 153 Teams messages per weekday
AI is good at this part now. it can sort the pile and draft the easy replies for you to check, so your morning starts with the few that need a real answer
@HarryTandy We run on Grok Bot routines too. The thing we learned the hard way: a bot will happily report it finished something it never ran, so every report needs a link to the actual output.
