1🧵 The Intricate Link Between the Vagus Nerve, GLP-1, and High Blood Glucose Levels
The human body is an intricate tapestry woven from a network of interdependent systems, each playing a vital role in maintaining overall health and functionality.
🚨Since 2021 I have been seeing a pattern of vagus nerve dysfunction in patients’ symptoms and labs. Today I learned that a biochemist/geneticist has also been seeing this pattern post-jab and in long-COVID.
I will be hosting a Masterclass this Sunday if you want to learn how this beautiful nerve is critical to our immune health, our ability to lose weight and release inflammation.

🚨Do you get 7-9 hours of sleep nightly??🚨
The health of our gastrointestinal system, immune system and brain depend on it!!
In our fast-paced world, sleep is often sacrificed in favor of productivity and entertainment. Yet, the significance of sleep goes far beyond feeling rested; it plays a crucial role in the intricate workings of our bodies, particularly in the healing processes of the gastrointestinal tract, glymphatics, and immune system.
1. Restoring the Gastrointestinal Tract
The gastrointestinal tract, or gut, is not just responsible for digesting food; it houses a complex ecosystem of bacteria and cells that play a vital role in our overall health. Sleep deprivation disrupts this delicate balance, leading to inflammation and increased permeability of the intestinal lining, commonly known as leaky gut syndrome. During sleep, the body initiates crucial repair processes in the gut. It regulates the release of hormones that promote tissue growth and repair, such as growth hormone and melatonin. Additionally, sleep enhances the function of the parasympathetic nervous system, which supports digestion and nutrient absorption. Without sufficient sleep, these repair mechanisms are compromised, leaving the gut vulnerable to damage and dysfunction.
2. Facilitating Glymphatic System Clearance
The glymphatic system is a recently discovered waste clearance system in the brain, responsible for removing toxins and metabolic byproducts. Interestingly, the glymphatic system becomes highly active during sleep, facilitating the removal of waste products such as beta-amyloid, a protein associated with Alzheimer's disease. During sleep, the space between brain cells increases, allowing cerebrospinal fluid to flow more freely and flush out toxins. This process is particularly important for maintaining cognitive function and preventing neurodegenerative diseases. Chronic sleep deprivation disrupts glymphatic clearance, contributing to the accumulation of harmful substances in the brain and increasing the risk of cognitive decline.
3. Strengthening the Immune System
Sleep and the immune system share a bidirectional relationship; while sleep supports immune function, the immune system also influences sleep patterns. During sleep, the body produces cytokines, proteins that play a crucial role in immune regulation and response to infection. These cytokines help combat pathogens and regulate inflammation, promoting overall immune health. Conversely, sleep deprivation suppresses immune function, making individuals more susceptible to infections and chronic diseases. Studies have shown that even a single night of poor sleep can impair immune function, leading to increased susceptibility to illnesses such as the common cold and flu.
Conclusion: The necessity of sleep for healing cannot be overstated. From the intricate workings of the gastrointestinal tract to the clearance of toxins in the brain and the regulation of immune function, sleep plays a vital role in maintaining overall health and well-being. Prioritizing adequate sleep hygiene is essential for supporting these essential processes and promoting optimal health. By recognizing the profound impact of sleep on our bodies, we can empower ourselves to make sleep a priority and reap the benefits of enhanced healing and vitality.
Stay tuned if you want more tips to improve your sleep hygiene!!

Let's talk about Wegovy and Ozempic...
People that have type 2 diabetes or are otherwise overweight are prescribed Ozempic or Wegovy.
Oh! Did they bother telling you it's for LIFE or...what it's made from???
@veryvirology Glyphosate was introduced in 1974 and Roundup Ready crops in 1996. Here's an interesting presentation about glyphosate in prion/amyloid neurodegeneration. https://t.co/zISzKcylnC
Can we PLEASE discuss what IN our diets, lifestyles, stress, and nutrient deficiencies are preventing our weight loss, causing fatty liver, type 2 diabetes and more? 'Cause it ISN'T a lack of gila monster venom...

To anyone who didn’t believe… Providers were actually INCENTIVIZED to put a previously proven unsafe genetic therapeutic into your body. PAID to potentially harm you!! Chew on that one for a while. Same with Kaiser BTW…
@BeeLowRama Once you start using the Wegovy or Ozempic, if you lose weight, they will tell you that you are expected to stay on it for life OR you will gain the weight back...and then some.
