@ThirtyVirus Split your workouts like Push-Pull-Legs or something like Day 1: chest/back Day 2: Arms/Shoulders Day 3: Legs/Hamstrings then PPL Full body works still but you should give muscles 48 hours to recover for the best muscle growth so that’s why people do 1 or 2 similar exercises
