@AsurionCares we returned a damaged phone back via USPS in June. Now we are being told the phone was never received, and we are being charged on our bill for a phone that was returned. This is not the first time this has happened. Is your grift/scam to get extra money? It sux

@Asurion twice I have sent back damaged phones through the post office. Twice you have claimed you did not receive the phone and charged my account forci g me to prove that you guys either have a sucky system of tracking returned phones, or this is your scam .
