@yelahaustin Acidic coffee could be messing with your absorption then. People take Tums daily for calcium supplementation. Low dose shouldn't have any long term effects, as long as they don't mess with any of your other morning meds.
@yelahaustin Can be because of gastric pH? If you're taking tums or other antacids, it increases absorption and decreases clearing of amphetamines. Acidic environments can do the opposite. But if you're having to do this to see effects, then you just need to go up on your dose.

@oxrlm Side effects are always worse in the beginning and you won't see benefits for 2-4 weeks. This is the same for any antidepressants. It's a real trial-and-error game while trying to figure out what is best for you. Stay strong and be patient.
